Behavioral Innovations (Dallas, TX) provides center-based applied behavior analysis therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy services to children ages birth through 18 with autism spectrum disorder and other related developmental disabilities in Texas and Oklahoma.

BrightView (Cincinnati, OH) is an outpatient addiction medicine practice based on clinical best practices and outcomes measures. Through the use of medical treatment in conjunction with psychological and social services, BrightView delivers the necessary support to help patients meet both their mental and physical goals.

Community Care Partners (“CCP” or the “Company”) represents a network of urgent care and primary care clinics. CCP provides the following services in addition to urgent care and primary care services: laboratory and radiology services, treatment of fractures / lacerations, immunizations, occupational health and medicine, work-related injuries, physical therapy, and on-site prescriptions. The Company has locations in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Texas, and Louisiana.

Container Services, Inc. (“CSI”) is a premier manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging services, specializing in the production of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) containers and HDPE (high-density polyethylene) containers for specialty food & beverage and other manufacturers. CSI was founded by in July 1991 to provide custom plastic bottles to honey producers, including their iconic “honey bear” bottle. Based in Hillsboro, Kansas with a second location in New Castle, Pennsylvania, CSI has over 100 employees, and more than 150,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, while maintaining excellent customer service and providing sophisticated, innovative and reliable plastic packaging solutions.

Headquartered just outside of Toronto in Ontario, Canada, Dynamic Connections is a third-party logistics (“3PL”) provider that concentrates on Less than Truckload (“LTL”) shipments across the U.S. and Canada. The Company focuses on specialized shipments including fragile products, expedited shipments, and high value goods transportation.

Empower Aesthetics (“Empower”) is a medical spa services provider headquartered in Austin, Texas. Empower Aesthetics offers patients comprehensive medical spa and aesthetic services, including neurotoxin injections (i.e. Botox), filler injections (lips, cheeks, etc.), body contouring, laser skin treatments, and other minimally invasive medical spa services. The Empower Aesthetics management team and Shore Capital Partners plan to grow the platform through strategic acquisition opportunities and de novos across the Eastern half of the United States.

Evolution Risk Partners (“ERP”) is a full-service managing general underwriter (MGU) specializing in providing comprehensive solutions for the medical stop-loss community. ERP’s core service offerings include distribution, underwriting, contract administration and claims management. ERP, founded in 2018, was purpose-built to service rapidly growing employee benefit aggregators as well as large insurance brokers’ centers of excellence.

In August 2016 Shore announced the sale of Fast Pace, a leading provider of urgent care services throughout rural Tennessee and Kentucky, to Revelstoke Capital Partners. Shore and Fast Pace together executed an accelerated growth plan and expanded the business from seven to 36 clinics in approximately three and a half years. The growth came primarily through de novo expansion as the company opened 26 new locations and acquired three locations.

In March 2020 Shore announced the sale of Florida Autism Center, a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (“ABA”) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (“ASD”), to BlueSpirg Pediatrics. Shore and Florida Autism Center executed an accelerated growth plan and expanded the business from 5 to 52 clinics in approximately four and a half years. The growth came through de novo expansion as the company opened 47 new locations.
